To qualify for a house on a development, you must be able to answer 'yes' to one or more of the following questions.
- Have you lived in the Parish where the development is proposed for the past 5 years?
- Have you worked in the Parish for the past 5 years?
- Were you born in the Parish?
- Have you spent time in education in the Parish when under the age of 18, and also whilst you lived there?
- Have you lived in the Parish for at least 5 years at any time?
