Search & Acquisition Service
Should you require us to act on your behalf, we will initially ask you to complete a simple questionnaire or, if you are able, we will arrange a meeting with you in order to establish basic working criteria. This will provide us with the information necessary to enable us to commence searching for suitable sites/developments.
Once a decision to purchase has been agreed, we will negotiate the best possible terms on your behalf with the vendor or vendor’s agents. Upon instruction to submit an offer on your behalf, we will require a fee which will be deductible against our final invoice. We will then monitor the sale and liaise between vendor or vendor’s agents, solicitors and surveyors along with the lending institution (if applicable) who will be financing the project. We are also able to recommend solicitors should this be necessary.
